Before any work starts, the electrician photographs the existing switchboard / DB box / fuse panel. This is mandatory. Circuit shutdown requires your in-app confirmation. Receipts for materials above PKR 500 are required and saved in your job record.

Pick a category (UPS, fault, fan, switchboard) and write a short description. Add a photo of the panel if helpful.

Bids from verified electricians

Workers bidding on electrical jobs have a separate skill verification on file. See rating, tier, and jobs done.

Before-photos before anything

Worker photographs the DB box / switchboard / panel before any work. You see these in the app — no “it was already broken” disputes.

Confirm shutdown, then work

Any circuit shutdown asks for your in-app confirmation. Materials approved before purchase. Job ends with after-photos and a final test.

Why are before-photos mandatory?
Because in electrical work, “it was working when I arrived” is the most common dispute. By photographing the DB box, switchboard, and any existing wiring before any work starts, both sides have a clear record. Photos are saved in your job history forever.
Do you handle UPS for the whole house?
Yes — admin sets a flat rate (PKR 400 per point at launch) regardless of how many points. Standard install includes battery wiring, automatic-changeover relay, and tagging the UPS line on every switchboard so future workers know.
Can the worker shut down the main breaker?
Only with your in-app confirmation. The app prompts you before any circuit is shut down so you’re not surprised mid-laundry-cycle. If a shutdown is genuinely emergency, the worker calls ops who confirm with you.
What if I just need a fan installed?
Browse-and-book: fan installation is a fixed-rate job (PKR 700 – 1,200 depending on ceiling height and existing wiring). No bidding round — the first available verified electrician in your sector gets it.
Are your electricians qualified?
Every electrician submits CNIC + a face-match selfie + a separate skill verification (photo of their tool kit, electrical tape, multimeter, voltage tester). Before any electrical job, this skill flag must be cleared by admin.
What if something stops working a day later?
Dispute within 24 hours of job completion. Admin reviews before/after photos and the chat. If the worker is at fault, the re-fix is arranged at no charge.
