If parts are needed, you approve labour + materials in-app before any purchase. Receipt photo for anything over PKR 500.

Plumbing service questions

Why is labour quoted separately from materials?
So you know exactly what you’re paying for. The plumber tells you upfront: “PKR 1,200 for labour, PKR 1,800 for the geyser element from Bismillah Hardware.” You approve in the app before they buy. Final bill cannot go above approved.
What if the worker says “PKR 500 more for materials” at the end?
Not allowed. Materials must be approved before purchase, and receipts above PKR 500 are mandatory. If a worker tries to inflate the bill at the end, dispute it within 24 hours — admin reviews chat and receipt photos. Confirmed inflation = account suspended.
Can I get an emergency plumber at midnight?
Yes. Emergency dispatch (same-hour) is PKR 200 flat surcharge. After-hours (8 PM – 8 AM) is +30% on the base. Surge multipliers (1.25x or 1.5x) apply if very few workers are online — always shown before you confirm.
Do plumbers carry their own tools?
Yes. Every verified plumber carries the basic kit (pipe wrench, pliers, threader, plumbing tape, gas detector). Specialised tools and consumables are part of the materials quote.
My geyser is gas — can you repair it?
Yes — gas geysers (instant and storage) and electric geysers both. Workers handling gas appliances are required to have a separate skill verification on file before they can bid on gas-related jobs.
What happens if the leak comes back?
Dispute within 24 hours of job completion in-app. Admin reviews before/after photos and the chat. If the worker is at fault, a re-fix is arranged at no charge.
